Welcome to SHH

Merry Christmas from Sustainable Healthcare for Haiti🎄⛪

As we celebrate this season of giving and reflection, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you —our donors and community — for your unwavering support. Your generosity has been the driving force behind our ability to create meaningful opportunities for the children and young adults in Haiti.

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: last week, we officially kicked off our young adult development program with the help of Kids Connection Haiti! 🌟

What is the young adult program?

This 8-month initiative is designed to empower 27 incredible young adults from the Saint Dominique’s orphanage. Through a structured curriculum, they will focus on developing skill across the following areas:

  • Life Skills: Building self-confidence, resilience, and essential tools for independent living.
  • Professional Development: Resume writing, interview skills, career exploration to prepare for a successful transition into the workforce, learning from local leaders in the community, etc.
  • Personal Growth: Workshops and coaching to help them realize their full potential, set meaningful goals, develop an understanding of personal finance, etc.

Your support has made this transformative opportunity possible, and we can’t wait to see the incredible journeys these young adults embark on! As we look ahead to the new year, we’re inspired by the impact we’ve created together and excited to achieve even more in 2025.

From all of us at Sustainable Healthcare for Haiti, we wish you and your loved ones a joyful and peaceful Christmas season. Thank you for believing in our mission and making these dreams a reality.

Warm holiday wishes,
Tommy Conner
President, Sustainable Healthcare for Haiti
